Yajaira Escobedo, LCSW LCDC IEMT CRNC2
Yajaira specializes in using amino acid therapy to treat anxiety, depression, panic disorder, ADHD, to name a few. She additionally specializes in healing the inner child, healing past trauma holistically using IEMT which rewires your brain. She is nationally certified, and member of The Association for IEMT Practitioners.
Yajaira works with treating children to adults who have difficulty with managing their ADHD by supplementing their deficiencies in the brain. She is nationally Certified Advanced Recovery Nutrition Coach.
In addition, Yajaira has worked with veterans for more than 20 years. She is a 15-year combat veteran from the US Army who understands the needs and culture of a veteran.
Yajaira believes love and beauty has no gender and enjoys working with all humans. She specializes in working with all genders and identities, specifically with gay, lesbian, and same sex couples with extensive knowledge of their needs of spiritually and culture.
Yajaira also provides spiritual guidance for those who are going through a spiritual awakening. She coaches many individuals who seek answers in their spiritual growth. She is a life coach where she teaches to always see the positive in things to allow you to push out positive to the universe, so positivity comes back to you.
Yajaira can use a combination of the Humanistic approach, Interpersonal therapy, Existential therapy, Psychoanalytic therapy, Narrative Exposure Therapy, and Spirituality Therapy.
Yajaira comes from a Hispanic background where her first language was Spanish. At age 17, she joined the military for 15 years. She was called to the Iraq war and served her time. She came back to Texas and went to college at the University of Texas in Brownsville and obtained her Bachelors in Biology. She later attended University of Texas of Health Sciences in Houston and graduated with her master certificate in Public Health. She continued her education at Our Lady of the Lake University and was awarded her Masters degree in Social Work.
She continued to later work with marginalized populations such as LGBTQ+, disabled, and combat veterans to name a few.
